Marvellous Creme

I love Marvellous Crème… it is this new ice cream shop situated at city link right opposite 7/11, near the connection to Suntec city… It is fantastic… You get to select from an array of about 20 different combinations of ice cream and ingredients…

My favourite is the Belgium chocolate… It is one delicious scoop of Belgium chocolate ice cream… mixed with finely chopped almonds and chopped up bananas… the concoction is mixed on a cold pan right in front of you and served up with whipped cream and an abundance of chocolate (real melted chocolate from a pan)… you can choose to have it served in a paper of waffle cup… either way.. Equally fantastic.. Not too sweet… the mouth feel is perfect… especially with the chopped almonds… to make it even more dreamy… you can add other ingredients like macaroons and fresh strawberries.. With a surcharge of a dollar…

The entire thing is only about 6 dollars, which is around the cost of a Haagen Dazz ice cream… BUT it is so much more delicate and intriguing… Please… do try it if you are popping by City hall… My best desert discovery after fried Mars bars…
