God is so much more than positive thinking and 'hardy' characteristics... God is so much more than just optimisism and feeling a sense of control..
This is what God advocates - Rest and recieve...
God can work without you lifting a finger... There's this old saying that if you don't help yourself.. God can't help you... This is a wrong saying... Instead... what God really wants you to know today is that you should STOP trying to help yourself.. and struggle with your meagre amount of wisdom, strength and intelligence.. Commit EVERYTHING to him... and leave it as such...
Have enough faith to leave your problem at the cross and walk away.. Just walk away and KNOW that God is already fixing it for you...
This is not positive thinking... or escapism... or an emotional-based way of problem solving (learnt from PL1101e) ... This is God... God works in the supernatural... All these are only natural...
