Angels

Once in a long while.. You meet a person you find so difficult to love.. You just can't find the love and compassion in you to love and respect that person... Somewhere inside you.. You have concluded that that person is a hopeless scumbag that doesn't deserve any form of respect or love... This is when you must realise that THAT PERSON IS STILL A BELOVED SON OF GOD.

Remember that... And remember that even if you can't love that person with your own humanly power... there is still the large expense of God's power and God's grace for you...

Just don't do anything mean... Relax and let God use you as a tool to benefit even that person you find hard to love...

99% of the time.. You will realise that the person isn't as bad as you thought he was... He just needed a chance to prove himself... So... Take it as a challenge... God's new project for you...

I bought a card from the NUS co-op... It says "Do not give up.. Just keep praying" And around the card was 8 cartoon angels grouping around the words...

Was feeling kinda disheartened today... Was worried that I might die from over training... And I don't want to die now... Things are just starting to pick up for me.. I really don't want to die now...

Opened my wallet and took a look at the card... Suddenly, I heard a voice in my heart saying "God has sent 8 angels to look after you.. because you are so precious to him... You just don't know it... You keep picturing myself walking this hard road alone.. When in fact.. You were never alone... There were always angels and people around you helping you every step of the way... And remember that God will never forsake you... Even when you couldn't see him... or can't feel the faith in your heart... He was always there for you.... He will never give up on you.... And he will never give you a sorrow or pressure too heavy for you to bear... Just keep breathing and let his angels take care of the rest..."

Beside that card was a card with psalms 91 printed on it. My favourite psalm:

"He shall cover you with his feathers,
And under His wings you shall take refuge;
His truth shall be your sheild and buckler.

A thousand may fall at your side,
And ten thousand at your right hand;
But it shall not come near you.

No evil shall befall you,
For he shall give his angels, charge over you

What God wants you to know today is that... He lvoes you alot.. and wants to do alot for you.. but you must first be willing to recieve it... Open your hearts and open your hands and take the gift from him.. God loves to bless you... Don't reject him...
