The story of the Sun and the wind
One day… the sun and the wind noticed a boy walking along the fields… He was wearing a very nice jacket and walking on his own… Minding his own business… They decided to make a bet amongst themselves… They wanted to see which of them was able to make the boy remove his jacket… They tossed a coin and decided that the wind was the first to go…
The wind blew and blew with all its might… and that only caused the boy to hold the jacket closer to his body… By no means was he any more persuaded to remove the jacket… After a while, the wind gave up and passed the turn over to the sun.
The sun shone gently… and left it as such… it did not pressure the boy nor intimidate him with his strong rays instead… it just shone gently… Very slowly… the boy was comforted and he finally removed his jacket…
Moral of the story
Some things in life cannot be achieved through brute force.. Sometimes all you have to do is to let go and relax and let things flow… Trying to hard can sometimes yield the opposite effect…
Just let go and let God take care of it...
